Hi, I’m Lee Cohen, owner of While You’re Away Home Watch. Living year-round in East Delray Beach, I know how important it is to have someone local and dependable watching over your home — especially during Florida’s storm season and long vacancies.

With a background in property management, I personally check your home inside and out, from AC systems to leaks, pests, and storm damage. I treat every property with the same care and attention I’d give my own.
